We've heard it before...safety is everybody's job. And it's so true. We encourage our employees to assume the role of Safety Officer on every job. This is not a system of "telling on" colleagues, instead, we believe that many incidents can be avoided if people are empowered to speak up if they witness an unsafe condition. When an incident does occur, we have a policy in place to make it easy for employees to report the incident, offer remediation training if required, and policy alternation/implementation to prevent further incidents.
