Once you have downloaded the documents above, fill them out either on your computer (as long as you can sign on your computer), or print them out, complete them, and scan them to individual files.

 

Example: the I-9 form should be its own file and the W-4 should be its own file.

 

Also, scan applicable identification per the instructions in the downloaded packet.

 

Remember where you save these files, as you will need to attach them to the electronic application you're about to complete.
